Outdoor Bistro Permit

  1. New Applicants

    New Applicants must review the Bistro Table Guidelines. Please submit, 1) a completed application, 2) a sketch of the site indicating location of bistro tables and chairs, 3) a copy of valid business license and insurance, and 4) dimensions and photo of the intended bistro equipment, and 5) a check for $100.00 or $300.00 (if serving alcohol) payable to the City of Durango.

  2. Repeat Applicants

    You need only submit the 2019 application and fee, as long as there are no changes to the equipment used or placement, or changes to the business license from last year. The Bistro Permit fee will be included with your annual business license bill from the City.
