The Durango City Council is seeking volunteers interested in serving on the following City Board and Commissions:
Business Improvement District 1
Election Commission 2
Fireman’s Old Hire Pension Board 1
Land Use and Development Board of Adjustment 2
Retirement Board 1
Applications for Board and Commission vacancies will be accepted from June 17th through July 18th, 2022.
Durango’s Boards and Commissions provide a foundation for public input and are a great way for citizens to get involved with their community. Boards and Commissions generally meet on a monthly basis. For more information on each Board and Commission and to apply, visit www.durangogov.org/boards. Brief interviews with applicants will be scheduled with City Council via Zoom in late July or early August
