The following is the city’s schedule for Monday, Feb. 21:
City administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 21 in observance of the Presidents Day holiday including City Hall, River City Hall, Police Station and substation, Greenmount Cemetery and Parks and Recreation administrative offices.
The Durango-La Plata County Airport will be open as normal with regularly scheduled commercial service Monday, Feb. 21. The airport administration office will be closed. Travelers are encouraged to arrive at the airport at least 90-minutes prior to scheduled departure.
Recreation Center and Chapman Hill Ice Rink will operate with normal hours. Chapman Ski Hill will have extended holiday hours from 1 to 8 p.m. Durango Gymnastics will be closed on Presidents Day.
Durango Public Library will be closed Monday, Feb. 21.
Commercial and residential trash and recycling pickup will be Tuesday through Saturday, one day later than your regular pick up day with no service Monday, Feb. 21. The Recycle Center will be closed.
Durango Transit will operate on Monday, Feb. 21. The Transit Center and the cashier window will be closed.
Parking meters are FREE downtown Monday, Feb. 21.
