Bliss Dance Workout
High energy and music-fueled dance workout that fuses all dance genres in one class.

Ladies Night
Hip hop, jazz and burlesque fusion. Beginner/intermediate. 

SET class
Burn calories and firm muscles in the one-hour class combining HIIT, weights and core strength. All levels welcome.
