If you would like to be notified by text rather than email when items you have on hold are ready for pickup you can sign up for SMS text messaging using the steps below:
a. visit the library online catalog website (https://durango.ent.sirsi.net)
b. log in to your library account (if you have not changed your pin number it will be the last 4 numbers of your library card)
c. click on My Account (top right side menu bar)
d. under the Personal Information tab scroll down to the section for SMS Notifications and fill in the required information
Please note that the only notifications we offer via text are Hold Pickup notifications. We are not sending overdue or bill notices by text, those will be sent via email.
Speaking of email, while you are logged into your account don’t forget to check to be sure we have your current email address. If you do need to update your email use the edit button and make the change. As always, if you need assistance please give us a call at 970-375-3380.
