The Durango Public Library is happy to serve as an official “Come Write In” location for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) in November.
The Library’s second-floor reading room is the designated writing room for the month. Writers are welcome to use the Library’s free Wi-Fi, computers and collections for research, and take a well-deserved break at the Common Grounds Café in the main lobby.
Since 1999, NaNoWriMo has challenged participants to kick-start their writing habit and get their creative juices flowing by writing 50,000 words of a new novel during the month of November. For more information about NaNoWriMo, visit nanowrimo.org. For questions about “Come Write In” at the Library, call (970) 375-3380.
