Pre-application 

Step 1. The first step in submitting a development proposal is requesting a pre-application meeting. A Pre-Application meeting is an opportunity for an applicant to get preliminary feedback on the applicable standards and the process required for a development proposal.

Fence/Wall Design Summary (PDF)Fence/Wall Application (PDF)A fence/wall permit must be obtained prior to construction or substantial modification of any fence/wall. If the fence/wall meets the applicable requirements, the permit can be issued administratively. If a variance or alternative compliance is required, the Board of Adjustment and/or Design Review Board will review and decide on the request.
