Durango Community Recreation Center Fitness

The Community Recreation Center presents a multitude of fitness opportunities. Take a look at our fitness aerobic classes, water aerobic classes, and other fitness programs sponsored by The Recreation Center. Also, check out our list of top-notch personal trainers.  The aerobics and indoor cycling studio features a suspension wood floor, mirrors, and ballet bars, and is equipped with the most up-to-date fitness equipment.

Printed copies of the fitness schedule can be acquired at the Guest Services desk at the Durango Community Recreation Center. New classes will continue to come online, so please check the monthly schedule for the most up-to-date information.

November Fitness and Aerobic Schedule

The fitness area at the Community Recreation Center offers:

  • An indoor track
  • Cardiovascular equipment
  • Sectorized or pin-loaded weight equipment
  • Free weights
  • Well-equipped fitness studio, with ample space for participants to spread out
  • The fitness studio has an outstanding ventilation system that refreshes the entire room with filtered air every 12 minutes
