Utility Billing Payment Options
The City of Durango bills for water, sewer and trash service on the 20th of each month. There are numerous payment options available to pay your monthly bill.

As we are currently updating our system, only check payments from customers who have already completed an application will be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have check payments available to all customers very soon. | |

With the Streamline Pay program, the amount for your utility bill will be automatically deducted from either your checking account or savings account. |

Notice of the billed amount will be sent to you ten days before any deduction, giving you time to plan for the withdrawal and to let us know if you have any questions about the bill. | |

You can mail your payment to City of Durango, 949 E. 2nd Ave. Durango, CO 81301 or drop it off at City Hall, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. |
