IT IS THAT EASY !
With City of Durango's STREAMLINE PAY program, the amount for your utility
bill will be automatically deducted from either your checking account or savings
account (you tell us which). Notice of the billed amount will be sent to you
ten days before any deduction, giving you time to plan for the withdrawal and
to let us know if you have any questions about the bill.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
To enroll in STREAMLINE PAY, complete and sign the authorization
form and return to:

Include an ORIGINAL VOIDED CHECK. For help in locating information
required for the authorization form, see below.
WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?
STREAMLINE PAY should begin automatic bill payment with the second (2nd) billing
statement after receiving your authorization. We will verify your account number
before processing your first payment. Just in case, keep paying your bill until
your statement reflects that you are set-up for STREAMLINE PAY.
HOW DOES MY BILL GET PAID?
You will continue to receive notices of your bill amounts. Ten (10) days after
the bill date, STREAMLINE PAY will contact your bank, which will automatically
deduct the amount from your account.
