Dimensions:

• 2 cubic-yard dumpster is 43” deep, 60” wide (78” at bars) and 47” high
• 3 cubic-yard dumpster is 49” deep, 60” wide and 55” high
• 4 cubic-yard dumpster is 50" deep, 72" wide and 42.75" high
• 6 cubic-yard dumpster is 72" deep, 72" wide and 50" high
• 8 cubic-yard dumpster is 82" deep, 72" wide and 50" high

There is an additional handling fee of $3.00 per month if a locking mechanism is necessary on the cardboard container in order to reduce contamination of the recyclable materials. City staff will unlock the cardboard containers.

A locking mechanism and key is available from the City for containers where contamination is a problem. There is a one-time set up fee of $10.00 and it is the customer’s responsibility to unlock the container on collection day.
