Land Use Applications - Conditional Use Permits

Conditional Use Permit (CUP) fees are $550 and require public hearings before Planning Commission and City Council.  Consult the Use/Zone Matrix Figure in Section 4-2-7 of the Land Use and Development Code (LUDC) to see when a CUP is required - CUP's are denoted by the letter C in the matrix.  Click on the link below for a guide to the CUP process.
