The City of Durango is revising the design guidelines for the downtown Central Business District and creating new guidelines for several major commercial corridors within the city. The preliminary final design guidelines include the Design Guidelines for the Downtown Overlay District and the Commercial Corridors Design Guidelines. (These are large documents and may take a little time to load.) The major commercial corridors include North Main Avenue, Highway West 160, Highway 160/550, Grandview, Highway 3, College Avenue, and 8th Avenue.
