The City of Durango’s Comprehensive Plan, adopted March 11, 1997, is now available online. The 208-page document has been broken down into 12 chapters for easier viewing. The files are in PDF format, and can be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The map exhibits in the Plan have been included in the online document for accuracy. However, an interactive easy-to-use Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map is available online. When viewing the map, you may use the tool bar on the left to zoom in and out, pan north, south, east, and west, make queries, and view the map legend.
