Upcoming Stormwater Master Plan Lunch & Learn!

On Tuesday, February 7th, City Staff will be hosting a Lunch & Learn with Wright Water Engineers to discuss updates to the City Stormwater Master Plan. Join us from 11:30AM-1:30PM for exercises and training, followed by a question session in the Library Program Room #2 (1900 East Third Avenue). 

Draft Table of Contents and and four full drafts are available below for review. Please note these documents are drafts, and will be changing as the project continues. Contact the Engineering Division at (970)-375-4810 for questions or comments. RSVP by January 31.

Stormwater Quality Program

The City of Durango is required to permit, regulate and enforce best management practices to ensure that all rivers and streams are protected from construction site stormwater run-off.

All construction in the City of Durango that will disturb one (1) acre of land or more will require a City of Durango Stormwater Quality Permit.
