Board of Adjustment
Board Overview
The purpose of the Land Use & Development Code Board of Adjustment is to hear and decide appeals for a waiver or variance from provisions or requirements of zoning districts, as set forth in Article 4 of the Land Use and Development Code (LUDC). Section 12-1 of the LUDC should be consulted for more information on Board of Adjustment jurisdiction and processes.

The board also considers applications, applicant's comments, and comments at a hearing, and then evaluates and approves or denies the application. Hearings are typically held in Council Chambers, located at:
949 East Second Ave.
