If you are experiencing brown or cloudy water, please flush your water line by turning your cold water on until the water comes out clear. Typically this takes about 15 – 30 minutes.

An emergency water main repair is occurring on Oak Dr. and it is affecting a multitude of residents and businesses within the area. The affected areas are the intersection of Elm Pl. heading west on Oak Dr., Aquarius Pl., Willow Pl., and several houses on the south end of N. College Dr. Crews are currently on site repairing the emergency water main. Water will be shut off to conduct the emergency repair. Unfortunately, with the nature of construction, we do not have an ETA on when the water will be restored.

There will be a scheduled water service interruption on Thursday February 1st to conduct a water valve repair at the intersection of Clovis Dr. and Delwood Ave. heading north along Delwood Ave. A number of establishments within the area will be affected. Residents within the affected area will be notified of the planned water interruption via the contractor making the valve repair.

Please plan accordingly for this water outage by stocking up on drinking water, filling your bathtub with water, or rescheduling household chores that require water for a later time.

The planned water interruption has extended east toward Crestview Dr. Unfortunately we do not have an estimated time when the repair will be done and the water restored.

We are currently working on an emergency water main repair along E. 6th Ave. Water will be momentarily shut off to conduct the repair. The affected area runs from E. 8th Ave. heading south along E. 6th Ave. up to W. College Drive. Crews are on scene and working into the night to get the repair done. Water will be restored once the repair has been completed. Unfortunately we do not have an estimated time when the repair will be made and the water restored.

An emergency curb stop repair will be taking place at the intersection of E. 5th Ave. and E. 7th St. Water will be momentarily shut off to conduct the repair and will be affecting businesses and homes along E. 5th Ave. from E. 8th St. heading south along E. 5th Ave. to E. College Dr. Crews are on scene and will work until the emergency repair has been completed. Unfortunately, we do not have a time when this emergency repair will be complete.

We are currently working on an emergency water main break near the intersection of Riverview Dr. and Florida Rd. Water will momentarily be shut off to conduct the emergency repair, affecting homes and businesses within the area. Crews have been on site since 9:00pm last night and will work until the job is complete and water restored.

This morning we are working on an emergency water main break on CR 254 at the intersection of CR 254 and Chinle Pl. Water will be momentarily shut off to conduct the emergency repair, affecting homes within the area. Crews are on site and will work till the repair has been made, and water has been restored.

Crews have been on site since this morning at 7:30 am. The valve was deeper than anticipated and crews have been working tirelessly throughout the day to access it. Water is being turned off now and the repair will continue into the night. Water is expected to stay off into the evening. Crews will remain on scene till the repair is complete and water is restored.

Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time when the repair will be done and water restored.

The Rec Center is offering free passes to anyone within the affected area. Their hours of operation are 5:00am - 9:00pm. Please utilize their facilities if need be.

The repair along Main Ave. will be extending into tomorrow December 12th. During our initial emergency repair of the water main, we discovered a broken and leaking water valve that failed during our efforts to make repairs. A planned outage to repair the water valve will start at 7:30am Tuesday, December 12th. The affected areas will remain the same, from E. 36th St. heading north along Animas View Dr. up to County Road 203 as well as N. Earl St. and Bennett St.

Please plan accordingly for this water outage by stocking up on drinking water, filling your bathtub, or reschedule household chores that require water for a later time. The Rec Center is offering free passes to anyone within the affected area to utilize their facilities if need be.

We do not have an estimated time when the repair will be completed and water restored.

There is an emergency water main break affecting the north end of town. This emergency water main repair is affecting a large area from E. 36th St. heading north along Animas View Dr. up to County Road 203 as well as N. Earl St and Bennett St. A multitude of homes and business will be affected. The break occurred at approximately 9:00pm yesterday December 10th. Crews are on scene and working to repair the break.

The Rec Center is offering free passes to anyone within the affected area to utilize their facilities.

Unfortunately we do not have an estimated time when the repair will be fixed.

After a long day of breaking through concrete, the water along Main Ave, E. 15th St. and E. 14th St. is being shut off to conduct the valve repair. Unfortunately we do not have an estimated time for when the water will be back in service. Thank you for your patience with us while we carry out this emergency repair.

We will be conducting a scheduled valve repair occurring at the intersection of Main Ave and E. 14th St. Thursday December 7th starting at 8:00am. The affected area will be from E. 13th St. going north along Main Ave till E. 15th St. A number of homes and businesses will be affected. Crews are currently notifying all residents and businesses within the area of this planned outage. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time when this repair will be done.

An water main replacement tie in is taking place on the Fort Lewis Campus today. In order to isolate the water main to shut water off, valves around the area will be turned off. This may impact water pressure and supply in various neighborhoods around the area including down the hill on 12th St. We are hopeful this project will be completed by the end of work day on the 27th.

The water main repair on Oak Drive has been completed. We are in the process of restoring water to the affected area. This will take anywhere from 2 - 4 hours for the line to be properly filled.

A water main repair is occurring on Oak Dr. and it is affecting a multitude residents and businesses. The affected areas are the intersection of Elm Pl. heading west on Oak Dr., Aquarius Pl., Willow Pl., and several houses on N. College Dr. within the area. Crews are currently on site repairing the water main and distributing cases of drinking water and 5 gallons of water for washing, flushing, etc. to each affected resident. In cooperation with the Rec Center, there will be free passes for residents within the affected area to utilize their showers and restrooms.
 
Unfortunately, with the nature of construction, we do not have an ETA on when the water will be restored.
