The annual pumpkin drop-off provides a responsible alternative to leaving squash on the porch as a bear attractant or tossing them in the trash.

Quote from a local hog farmer who received pumpkins in 2017:
"I think our little farm is well poised to grow with this... campaign at Three Springs in particular... It's a convenient location and it really helps me sustain a rare hog species in a responsible manner."

2017 Pumpkin Drop-off
A total of 405 pumpkins were collected at two locations and donated to local farmers and ranchers to be used as animal feed.
