Estimate Building Permit Costs

The resulting calculation may not accurately reflect the final cost as figured by the Building and Planning Department. A Special Use Permit may be required. Your final permit costs will be determined upon review of application and plans for the building permit.

As a general rule, any residential construction over a four-plex and most types of commercial construction require plans to be drawn by a Colorado registered architect per State of Colorado, Colorado State Board of Examining of Architects.
