Biography

Paul graduated from the University of Georgia in 1994 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in finance. He settled in Durango the same year and has been employed as a business banker at First National Bank of Durango since 2005. Prior professional experience includes four years as a loan administrator with Region 9 Economic Development, several years as a loan officer at a community bank and a flurry of service sector jobs throughout Durango.

Paul is active in the community; he is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Durango and currently serves on the advisory board of the Small Business Development Center at Fort Lewis College. At lunchtime you can typically find Paul running on the Animas River Trail. On the weekends he enjoys camping, biking and hiking with his wife Monica and daughter Elise. In the winter you will find Paul backcountry skiing with friends throughout Southwest Colorado.
