Biography

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fort Lewis College here in Durango, and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver.

He started his local government career in 1998 with the City of Commerce City, Colorado. There, he was instrumental in strategic planning, implemented an employer housing assistance program, assisted with annual budget preparation, and served as the City's Public Information Officer.  Since 2002, Greg has served as Durango's Assistant City Manager and starting in 2009 became the Director of Sustainable Services.
